Position Overview

A high-performing litigation team is seeking a Contract Attorney to jump in and make an immediate impact on a high-stakes federal matter with significant discovery demands-plus play a key role in preparing for two upcoming trials.

This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, loves digging into the details, and knows how to keep complex litigation moving forward. You won't be attorney of record, but you'll be an essential part of the engine driving the case team to success.

What You'll Do

  • Dive into large-scale document productions and discovery responses with precision and efficiency
  • Identify key information and deliver clear, actionable summaries
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation, helping ensure no detail is overlooked
  • Assist with a variety of discovery-related tasks in a fast-moving federal litigation environment

What You Bring

  • Active California Bar admission (required)
  • Strong background in commercial or business litigation
  • Proven experience managing and reviewing discovery at scale
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure
  • Ability to move quickly, think critically, and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
